Yoga Upstairs It's Heaven on Earth

Every time I attend Yoga upstairs I am created anew, learn anew and enliven in gratitude and wealth of health and knowledge. The teaching style is pure, simple, elegantly flowing. I am so fortunate to have this place to study and enrich physically, emotionally and spiritually. Namaste
