Impressed!. When we recently purchased a home and wanted the locks changed, we found Fidelity and I'm so glad we did. I called and got an appointment immediately. The service man showed up and went about the task of getting those locks changed. He even fixed a couple of doors that opened out and made them more secure with no extra charge. He also had some great advice for us. I would highly recommend Fidelity Locksmith. They did a great job and Im satisfied to say the least.

Quality work at a fair price. Alex did a great job re-keying the locks on my house and side gate. And yes, I really do mean great. In the past, other locksmiths have left my door handles an oily mess, and the newly ground keys have worked, but fit roughly in the locks. Not so with Alex's work; it was definitely much higher quality. He was professional and friendly, and as mentioned in other reviews, provided some tips about the brand of locks my house has. Overall, I was very pleased with Fidelity.

As Good As Advertised!. Very pleased with the service from Fidelity Locksmith! Called for an appointment and they were able to work around my busy schedule. Alex was great! He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. The repair was done as promised and there were no unexpected charges or fees. If you need a locksmith, go with Fidelity, I recommend it.

Service Doesn't Get Better Than This. I had fairly simple job (re-keying my home) that needed to be done. After calling one locksmith and waiting 24 hours (and counting) without a return call, I found Fidelity Locksmith. I dialed once and spoke to an actual person who sounded professional, scheduled the appointment with just a two-hour time window and I hung up feeling confident. On the day of the appointment Matt called me, well in advance of the appointment time and then showed up right on time. He was informative and professional. He pointed out some general security issues that made him not one dime but made me a permanent customer and huge fan. Pricing was fair and the whole experience restored my faith in skilled craftsmen. Fidelity was great!!!. I couldn't have asked for a better service or price. The service technician went for above what I expected. This would be Matt. I left my wife alone while I was at work and even she was very impressed with the service. Had the entire house rekeyed and couldn't be happier. Matt did a wonderful job at a great price. I highly advise to call these guys.

Professional and Fast. Tom from Fidelity Locksmith in arrived quickly, assessed the problem and fixed it, simple as that. From arrival to solution took very little time. He answered our questions, explained our options and the costs and helped us make a good decision. He was professional and courteous. Would use again!!

OUTSTANDING!. We couldn't be more pleased! Alex was here on time, worked extremely quickly and efficiently, and was very courteous. He not only re-keyed our entire home, but quickly trouble-shooted and repaired a lock that has been giving us trouble since the last time it was installed. Nick was also professional and helpful on the phone in understanding the situation and quickly getting us scheduled for service. 5 stars for Fidelity all the way around! I'll be saving this business card!
