DO NOT USE. This place is a joke, dont believe anything youre reading from these other people. I would NEVER use them again. They are not professional, rude, took forever to help me and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and short with me. DO NOT USE!!!

Extreme competence. Competency in this city sometimes can be very disappointing. After calling 5 or so locksmith companies to get a quote I stumbled upon Nick. Bells went off in my head; I got light headed from excitement because I knew I found a professional. Our intern later made fun of me about how happy I was. Yeah

Superior standards. I had Fidelity Locksmith come out and re-key my new condo a month ago. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and affordable. But somehow, my lock stopped working and I couldn't keep my place secure. Of course I'm going to call the locksmith to see if they know what might have happened. Nick contacted his colleagues and also the lock manufacturer, and got it figured out without costing me anything. That in my opinion is true professionalism.

Fast Friendly Service. I live in Glendale and needed a gun safe bolted down, I called a local business right down the street from me, Bell Lock & Safe, and spoke to the rude owner of the business, his prices are very high and it seems that he is being bothered when asked questions. My next call was to Fidelity Locksmith, the call was answered by Sean, he answered all my questions, quoted a very reasonable price and scheduled me the day I called..thank you. Matt was my locksmith, an extremely nice guy who offered security pointers, was very informative, and did a clean awesome job. Fidelity Locksmith has my business from now on-call them.

High grade service. Anytime I call Fidelity Locksmith I get high grade customer service. Also, there locksmiths show up on time and ready to work. They never rip me off or act rude. They get five stars in my opinion.
