Exceptional advice on our LG Washing Machine. We live in Santa Monica and called around. It was a true pleasure to get a over the phone answer to confirm what we thought. Our LG washing machine sounds like a freight train in our home.

My clothes dryer stopped drying and the door wouldn't stay shut. David diagnosed the door-related problem immediately and had me send him a photo of the dryer's make and model so he could buy the part before arriving. Unfortunately, the lack of heat was another problem which required a second trip to fix. The work was punctual and efficient.

Extraordinary customer service on a Holiday. Our LG front load washing machine, was full of water, we needed simply to get it up and working.
