Excellent, Personalized Service!. We have used Goodberg and Son for our computers and have been so delighted by their excellent service. Bonnie and Ira are so knowledgable and they solved all our technical problems. They spend plenty of time with you and clearly explain everything. Ira even made me practice using my flash drive in front of him to make sure I did it right! We're so relieved to have a reliable, reasonably-priced company to call when we have computer problems, and we would recommend Goodberg and Son to everybody. MUCH better than Geek Squad!

Great computer service!. Bonnie and Ira are the computer pros--fast, friendly, knowledgable! They've set up my systems and gotten me out of many scrapes, for which i'm eternally grateful. You'll be glad you called them.

Professional and Personable. Ira and Bonnie bring the years of experience you would expect from professional tech consultants, but they also bring the pleasant warmth of two people who truly care about their customers. So often, working with 'IT people' is a practice in frustration and the constant feeling of being condescended to. Ira and Bonnie are more like the friends you call up who come over and hold your hand while they fix the problem. Patient and fun, when it comes to tech problems you can't do better than Ira and Bonnie.

Who you gonna call?.
So here's the thing. Computers aren't really my friend. But as long as Bonnie and Ira are a phone call away, I can deal. I've relied on them for years now and they've kept me sane and working away with confidence.
They know what they're doing...and, even better, they know what I'm trying to do. And they make it happen. I've never had a problem they were unable to solve with speed, skill, and great good humor. Call them!

Computers: can't live with them, can't live without them. If they aren't working right we tear our hair out in frustration. Can't get online? We feel cut off from the world in a most painful way. Whatever the problem, we are honored to just fix it for you.

Great repair duo!. Call Bonnie and Ira if you need your computer repaired. They have helped trouble shoot minor issues and major issues. They stay with it until they have you up and running again and they are a pleasure to have around.

Sometimes what seems like a minor problem is actually a symptom of a much more complicated defect in the computer.
And, sometimes what seems like a disaster situation can be repaired with a simple fix.
You never know until a proper diagnosis is performed.
We don't leave until it's right and working to your satisfaction.

GOODBERG AND SON COMPUTERS, INC.. I HAVE BEEN USING GOODBERG AND SON COMPUTERS FOR TWO YEARS NOW. THEY INSTALLED MY COMPUTER SYSTEM AND HAVE MAINTAINED IT TO MY GREAT SATISFACTION. THEIR SERVICE IS IMMEDIATE AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY WILL TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO YOU--THOROUGHLY! AND AGAIN, IF YOU STILL DON'T "GET IT." I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND ACTUALLY HAVE TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS, SOME OF WHOM ARE COMPUTER ILLITERATE AND SOME NOT. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Helping clients understand their technology is a prime goal of our business. Computers are very complicated, and getting more complicated every day. It is impossible for non-professionals to keep up with all this, and we understand the frustration that comes when your computer "acts up" and you don't know why.

excellent computers specialists.. You call them and they are available usually the same morning, if not the same day. They will take care of all your soft and hardware problems (and they love animals)

GREAT SKILL AND FINE PROFESSIONAL ACUMEN.
The Goodbergs are utterly professional, timely, accurate and perform way beyond the call of duty for those who are in a disaster situation or one where a client is simply welcoming a new computer to an established home network.
Their fee structure is generous and reflects due consideration for the failings of a client's internet service, download times and distance from their office.
I've always found their work comprehensive and complete, and they provide excellent insight into what has been accomplished, what needs to be done (if anything---they forget nothing) and offer helpful advice in improving the effectivity of a client's computer and network.
I can't recommend them more highly----I've had the Goodbergs to my home for the past 7 years and have no regrets about their integrity, honesty and comprehensive acumen.

Dependable - Friendly... the Best!.
Goodberg & Son have saved my life - several times over. I run a business from home, and they understand. When I call, it's a 911 for me. They always take care of me in a timely manner. Often, they have to teach me new ways to do things - and believe me I know nothing, and really have no attention span - they school me on how to maintain my computer, and make my life easier.
I can't say enough about their kind demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for me. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
