Secure Data Recovery Services did a USB & Digital Media recovery after I snapped one of the pins off on my USB that contained the project I was working on. I spoke with a representative who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped of my USB and chose the emergency service to get it A.S.A.P. They delivered 100% of my critical data stored on my USB and placed it on a new one for me. You guys saved my day!

I love this company! I called over a dozen computer repair places to see if they did a USB & Digital Media recovery and not one company knew how. Then I stumbled upon Secure Data Recovery Services just down the road. Yeah! This company knew how to fix my smart media card from my camera! I had over 3,700 photos I did not want to loose of my two grandchildren. The next day they told me they located all of them and the USB & Digital Media recovery was a 100% success! I thought I was going to cry. They even made a DVD for me putting all of my photos on it just in case it ever happened again and could not be fixed. I love this company!

My flash drive fell out of my pocket as I was walking and I annihilated it stepping on it. I scooped up the pieces and dropped them off to Secure Data Recovery Services for what they call a flash memory recovery. The staff was understanding and professional. The engineers at Secure Data Recovery Services placed all my info on my old flash drive onto a new one. I was shocked to find out they recovered 98% of my data from my crushed flash drive. These guys are recovery ninjas! Thanks again.

They saved the day. Secure Data Recovery Services did a Laptop data recovery and located my critical data!! I have a bad habit of leaving my laptop open outside on the patio. My little boy spit his gum out and it landed on the keyboard of my laptop and melted in the sun. It was definitely a sticky situation. I dropped off my laptop to Secure Data Recovery Services and figured it was going to cost me a pretty penny to fix. Only a few hours later they called and I was shocked to find out the price was so inexpensive! They saved the day and no more gum for the little one! Thank you.

Thank you for helping me out of a sticky situation. Secure Data Recovery Services came to my rescue when my little one took my flash drive out of my pocketbook and filled it with peanut butter! I took q-tips and got what I could out and I didn’t want to take a chance inserting it into my laptop. A flash memory recovery was performed by Secure Data Recovery Services and I do not know how they did it, but they captured everything that was stored on it. Ironically, it was pictures of my little. Thank you for helping me out of a sticky situation.

Thank you. Secure Data Recovery Services did a flash memory recovery on my gig stick recently and I was surprised at the speediness of their experts in recovering all of my information. I store presentations for work on my gig stick. The cap came off in my laptop bag and inside, in the pocket it was full of stuff with some bent pins. I thought it was a goner, but Secure Data Recovery Services saved everything I needed. I don’t know how these guys do it, but their expertise is beyond words. Thank you.

I would have been lost with out you and all my stuff!. If there is one thing I have learned when it comes to technology is to always expect the unexpected, but who would think that a flash drive would go bad? I inserted my flash drive and it said it was corrupted. I tried everything I knew how to do and had my friends try it and nothing worked. In desperation to get all my documents and pictures, I called Secure

Data Recovery Services hoping they could fix it. They performed a flash memory recovery which worked like a charm and recovered everything! These guys are the best in the business and very reasonable. Thank you for your services, I would have been lost with out you and all my stuff!

Awful Customer Service. Unfortunately Secure Data Recovery has god awful customer service. I spoke to a customer service rep at this company who started yelling at me because I had dropped off my laptop with them instead of just the hard drive. Even if they are good at what they do (they never were able to get any information back for me) I didn't see the brilliant service everyone else wrote about. With so many companies like this one, find a more reliable place.

100% successful. I stepped on my flash drive by mistake and could have just cried. Over 3 years of photos of my granddaughter were stored on it from birth. I looked up online and in a phone book and called a few places. One place wanted over $200 to do a flash memory recovery which I thought was outrageous. I called Secure Data Recovery Services and the estimated charge was far less, so I went with them and crossed my fingers. I sent it out priority mail and the shocker was, just 7 days later it was returned to me with a new flash drive with all my pictures on it. The service was fast, affordable and the flash drive recovery was a 100% successful which made me very happy. Their number is now on my refrigerator just in case I ever need them again. Thanks again

I gratefully thank you. Secured Data Recovery Services used specialty tools, procedures and security measures at their phenomenal high tech facility to perform a RAID 1 Data Recovery for our firm with outstanding results. Our critical data vanished overnight when a major power surge zapped our RAID back up system and the technicians in the building could not get it working again. The next day it still was not working and we could not access our information. We called Secured Data Recovery Services who came to our rescue. By the end of the day, everything was working fine, all of our data had been returned, the RAID back up system was fixed and life was good again. I gratefully thank you and all the employees thank you also.
