Total scammers. There is a good reason they get all kinds of bad reviews here and on Yelp. They are total crooks. They say they will hold your computer for you then they sell the computer and claim they told you they would only hold it for a month. The main manager is a huge angry guy who ignores the owner when the owner tells him to fix a situation that was totally wrong. Honestly, no kidding, this manager physically attacked a customer. I have a copy of the police report. He pushed the guy against a desk in the store and gave him ten stitches.

UNTRUSTWORTHY AND IRRESPONSIBLE. In Nov. 2009 I gave them my old Mac to recycle and the receipt says "Please erase drive completely." Because the screen wasn't functioning, I couldn't do it myself.

Almost year later, Oct. 2010, I was contacted by a car mechanic who works downtown and he said he had bought my computer "off a hungry-looking man for $60.00." All my data and photos were still on the computer and the screen was now working!!! I have no idea how many hands the computer passed through or what happened.

When I contacted the store to ask for an explanation, I was told to email the owner. He never responded despite repeated calls on my part.

Terrible business people. I am thankful to the man who called me!
