Poor customer service. They deserve Zero stars...

They deserve a big fat ZERO!!! I went into the dealership shopping to replace my year old Mercedes that had just been totaled in a car accident. I walked into the showroom looked around for nearly 15 meeting minutes w/o so much as a hello. I then went to the counter and told the receptionist I was looking for the 09 luxury edition of a specific model. She proceeded to do her make-up and say I don't think we have any. She seemed annoyed but as I was walking off she said hold on let me check and see to be sure. She checks and says I think we have one on the rooftop, sounding annoyed she ask "do we need to bring it down?" I said actually you know don't worry about it. My friend and I looked at each other and both agreed to get the hell out of there. Why would we spend our money at a place that had poor customer service and seemed burdened to freaking sell a car as if they had already sold a hundred that day and didn't need the commission. Long story short we went to MB of Encino and had the best customer service and they rolled out the red carpet and acted like they were actually interested in selling cars. I bought my car from them and will highly recommend them and will detour EVERYONE I know to stay away from MB Calabasas.

• Pros: Only other customer in location was more helpful than staff.
• Cons: Worse customer service of any MB dealership I've been in.
