Thank you for your wonderful comments. I am glad you enjoyed the meal, and you are absolutely correct - the plates are on the smaller side. I am pleased you mentioned this as I'm given more of a platform to describe the Mezze experience. The word 'mezze', used in more than 9 tongues means 'appetizer' or small plate. Our dishes indeed are small and are meant to be ordered in numbers and shared. The 'large plates' we offer are more substantial and are also meant to be shared.

The price point is higher due to specifically selecting product of the highest caliber, all local farms, most of them sustainable. Truth told these products cost more as the farms are expensive to run, but it's the principal. Chef Micah refuses to use any product that he doesn't believe in, and without a doubt the taste of superior product says it all. Most of our ingredients have a fascinating story behind them, some of which I will soon be adding to our blog section on the website, so stay tuned!
