Professional and Helpful. I lived in a Bevin and Brock apartment for two years, and my move-out process could not have been easier. Within 3 days of giving my moving notice I received a form letter advising me of my right to a pre-move inspection. When I called to set the appointment I got the impression that every tenant who moves is given this same courtesy. My property manager met me and pointed out a few things I had missed. There was also some damage my room-mate had caused from numerous nail holes in the walls where he hung his artwork. I was not prepared to fix the damage, so we agreed on a reasonable price to do the repair. I signed the move-out inspection form, as did my manager. Two weeks later when my refund check arrived. It was exactly what we had agreed to. The whole process was handled very professionally.

Handled Everything. The initial transition with the new tenant was some work, but since then the mgmt company has handled pretty much everything.

Love it!. Wow, I was surprised when I saw all of the other reviews for Beven & Brock because my experience with them has been a dream (a good one). I'm a grad student, living with two other grad students, and we essentially make peanuts for a living. We wanted to find a place that was affordable, comfortable, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. What we got was all of the above and more. Our property manager is Angie DiMauro, and she has been very helpful and responsive for the year and a half that we've lived in our place. Every small problem we've had, from repairs to lawn trimmings to questions about the paint, she's responded to quickly and given us whatever help we needed. It is by far the best renting experience I've ever had. I would stay here forever if I could. Maybe the rest of the staff isn't as awesome as Angie, but she has been wonderful and I've had no bad experiences with anyone in the office. My coworker also rents through Beven & Brock and has nothing but good things to say. The application process is a bit more intimidating than anything I'd come across before, but it was well worth it for us when we got the house. Love it!

I highly recommend them. We have used Beven & Brock for our HOA management for several years now. They are competent, conscientious, accurate and responsive to any issues that come up. I highly recommend them and the services they provide.
