Awesome service

I wanted to take the time to tell you how pleased I am with Fidelity Locksmith. I called FIDELITY and explained I needed a re-key. In about a 1/2 hour Matt called and said he was on this way. He was here within a few minutes. I explained what I needed done and he went right to work. It took about an hour or so but he finished all the work including the key cutting. He also went over all the things he had to replace from the last guy, i.e. tumbler pins etc. that the last locksmith had done wrong. He didn't charge for this he just fixed it.

Will I call Fidelity Locksmith in the future you bet I will and I will be sure to ask for Matt. He's the best!!!

Thanks again Fidelity and thanks again Matt for being professional, courteous and really caring about my families safety and security.

Best in Town

I found Fidelity to be excellent in Service. They were very informative offering to explain everything he did prior to installation and after. Mat went the extra mile in checking our other locks in the hour to make certain that they were in proper working order. Mat came to our home at the agreed upon time and called prior to coming. I will call Fidelity again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a Professional Locksmith in every sense of the term "Professional".

Honest Company and Great Employee!!

Freddie was awesome! I hired him to re-key my friend's newly purchased house. He called when he was near and got here within the quoted time frame. He was VERY professional and the quote I received from Fidelity was actually the price I paid. He also showed us some important safety tips to keep the vacant house secure and even noticed a couple of our windows were unlocked -- he locked them and then walked through the house to make sure the rest were secure. Freddie was very personable, efficient and professional! I will use them again and recommend them to everyone! Thanks, Freddie (and Fidelity for hiring such a professional employee)!

Impressed!

When we recently purchased a home and wanted the locks changed, we found Fidelity and I'm so glad we did. I called and got an appointment immediately. The service man showed up and went about the task of getting those locks changed. He even fixed a couple of doors that opened out and made them more secure with no extra charge. He also had some great advice for us. I would highly recommend Fidelity Locksmith. They did a great job and Im satisfied to say the least.

Wonderful Service!

This is the second time I have used Fidelity Locksmith and while I hope I don't have any more work, I would call this again for sure! This time they were able to schedule me same day and Steven came oand made great suggestions and gave us some security tips too. We are new to the area and really appreciate going the extra mile to satisfy the customer!
