Worth the wait

I needed a locksmith on the night of Sept. 17 because I locked my keys in the house. I called Fidelity and they told me it would be a little while. Matt's service was worth the wait. He unlocked the front door in no time. He then lubricated a couple sticky locks and offered a couple security tips with no extra fee. It's great when service exceeds expectations!

Great Service!

I called for a service to replace my dead bolt (which my key was always getting stuck in). I was scheduled with an appointment within one day. Sean called the day of the appointment and was very helpful. I wasn't sure what type of finish I wanted on my new dead bolts/door handles so my installer, Alex, called prior to coming over, discussed my options with me and chose a beautiful finish that looked perfect. He was so efficient, professional, and he completed the job very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and would call them again. Everyone I spoke to at this company was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Quick Response, Reputable

Pleasant, professional and they know their business! Needed a lock fixed (non-emergency) and they got right out to me. Not cheap, but they didn’t try to up sell you and there aren't any hidden fees. Everything you need is "on the van" and they answer questions directly and intelligently!

We would confidently recommend them. The tech they sent, Alex G., was polite, helpful, and proficient. If all the employees at Fidelity are like Alex (certainly the guys answering the phone were great), they are fortunate indeed!

Excellent Service

I purchased a home with an AMSEC floor safe. Fortunately I called Fidelity and spoke to NICK who ordered a hydraulic lift for the door and sent Freddie to the house for a combination change. Freddie was very thorough and also fixed some previous damage to the deadbolt. I thought the work was well done and Freddie completely cleaned the lock and dial. I would only use fidelity for future locksmith repairs.

Fidelity Locksmith

I talked to Rosie at the recent Home Show about door locks. She recommended Fidelity Locksmith. Today I called Fidelity and talked to Nick and Steven. They were very helpful, and were able to send out a tech, Gary, today. He was very knowledgeable and answered my curious questions & demonstrated with my old deadbolt lock & compared it to a new, stronger, high security lock. I feel much safer now and am happy that I got Rosie's recommendation and had Gary with Fidelity Locksmith come out to my home and install a new deadbolt lock. The value of feeling safer and more secure, whether at home or away is priceless!
