Nice. The people at the salon are kind of fake nice but they do a pretty good job on giving you what you want but it is over priced. If they don't get it the way you want it the first time (ex. color or cut) they charge you to have them fix it the second time b/c they have appointments after you so they cant fix it then and there the first time. They charge just as much as a salon i went to in vegas that has some of the best hair stylist in the world. And they are damn good so Della Stella shouldnt charge so much.
