Manny's barber in Sherman Oaks butchered my hair. I'd like to thank John for the new fantastic cut. He really puts in the time and effort and now I look sharp because of it.

Best blowout in town!!!. My husband works down the street from John's Hair Design and has been getting his hair cut and styled by him for over a year now. Oh and just so you know my husband is VERY picky. He is a perfectionist especially when it comes to his hair. So he told me to go check him out and let me tell you I am glad I did. His work is incredible & has such a great personality on top of it! Very particular and talented. I really enjoyed my experience there. He takes his time and really does a phenomenal job. He loves what he does and it shows!!! The first time I went there I got a blowout and deep conditioning treatment and the second time I went he colored my hair and blow dried it for me. I am going back again tomorrow for the blowout and deep conditioning special. He is my new hair stylist and I highly recommend him to everyone!! Ladies and Gentlemen you will be VERY satisfied with his service! Thank you John for making my hair fabulous! :)

What an Amazing Salon. I was in the Studio City area and i was going up on Whitsett and came across John's Hair Design. Since i did need a haircut BAD!!! I thought let me just give it a try. Well i'm sooooo glad i did. I walked in and a Stylist name diana was available and said let's go shampoo you hair right away i didn't even have to wait. Let me tell you i've never had anyone take so much time and be a profectionist about a haircut. I'm definitly going back to get my haircut with her again.

Great Place In Studio City.. I've been going to John's Hair Design for several months now and in my three years in LA it is the best experience I have had as for hair cuts. I live in Studio City which makes John's location awesome and they have complimentary parking (BIG PLUS). John is super nice, professional, experienced, and believes in customer service. And, the prices are very fair too. If you are in search for someone for a hair designer give the John and his staff a shot.

BEST SERVICE IN THE VALLEY!!!. This is the place to get pampered. It's all about the personal attention and positive attitude. John and Diana made me feel like the day was all about me and gave me the best hair styling money could buy. I am always stressed about my hair... but John and Diana have the magic touch. I just told them to make me look good and they did or else I was going to be really mad!! These people deserve trophy!!!

AMAZING SALON!!!. John's Hair Design is AMAZING my daughter and I went in I had color,cut,blow dry, and she had a cut/BLOW DRY their by far the best , John and Diana are VERY nice and professional, I would highly recommend that if you are looking for an excellent salon do yourself a favor and try John's Hair Design, I promise you will be satisfied with your HAIR,! SIMPLY THE BEST !

Best in Class. John's Hair Design is in the heart of Studio City. This salon is a one stop shop, with an amazing make up artist Diana, long lasting blow drys, hair cut masters ready to go and best of all priced just right. I have been going to Diana for over 4 year and now with her new location I can get everything done at once.

Great Haircut and service. John is like a surgeon with his scissors! He is a perfectionist and is great at cutting hair the way you want.

Price is good and adds value by taking his time and making sure your fully satisfied. Place is really clean and never a long wait. Be safe and call ahead...
