Amazing Machines

I went into the gym with an open mind, expecting to get away unnatural treatments, such as medication and chemicals. I was greeted by the owner, Joseph, who was kind enough to show me around and explain the things he does at his holistic center. Honestly, I had never seen anything like it. The equipment was all foreign, but very intriguing to me. He explained his lymphatic massage machine and I was eager to try it out. I talked a bit more about my condition and then I was off to try the machine. I was put in a room and strapped into the lymphatic compressor. The room was cool and quiet and the machine was actually quite comfortable. After roughly 30 minutes in the machine I was relaxed and felt like a new person. I was left wanting more! I am definitely sold on the concept of massaging my lymph passages to promote the flow and drainage of my lymph nodes. I think I just found my dream treatment because nothing beats solving problems without having to resort to chemicals or medication. Thank you FBE Spa.

amazing atmosphere

The atmosphere of this gym is truly what makes the experience. It's setup to evoke relaxation and a sense of emotional calm. In a place like Los Angeles, it's totally different. Also couple the fact that most gyms are noisy and busy, FBE Spa does a great job at going against the norm.

The machinary is also against the norm. You wont find your traditional gym equipment here. Instead they have a wonderful array of alternative and holistic machines, like vibration machines and infrared saunas.

Its definitely difficult to sit here and explain everything in full detail. If you are looking for a non traditional gym that really explores the world of preventive medicine, then check fbespa out. its great!

Pneumatic Compression Massage Amazing!

I will bite! I saw FBE Spa on Access Hollywood on Youtube and I had to check them out after seeing the different machines they had, especially their pneumatic compressor thing.

I suffer from lymph edema, which is basically swelling of my leg tissue and after I saw what they said about it, I was like I gotta check thse guys out. So I went over and

Joseph the owner was extremely helpful and explained ot me the different routines that would benefit me and instantly gave me a tour of the area including a test of the pneumatic machine. I tried this thing once and was hooked.

the thing was amazing, felt like I was being massaged by a bunch of people at once. the best part was that it drained my lymphatic and helped my leg out so much more than any of the medication i was taking at the time. amazing machine and i owe my lively hood to fbespa.

I also tried to Infrared Sauna and this, coupled with the pneumatic massage, had me in a blissed out state. Highyl recommended for relaxation and detoxification. Gotta check it out for yourselves!

Best Acupuncture in Los Angeles

I am a big fan of acupuncture and have tried a ton of places in Los Angeles and Firm Body Evolution was definitely one of the best. I know everyone knows them for their alternative approach to gyms and stuff, but I went in to see what they could do with acupuncture. I was pleasently surprised and their acupuncturist, yasmin, was really nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone lookin for a new acupuncture place.

Truly a One of a Kind Experience!

This place was seriously a one of a kind experience and still remains my best workouts to date! I went to FBE cause i was tired of conventional gyms and saw them on television. I said what the heck, lets do it! Joseph, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. He let me try the different equipment and customized a workout for me. I gotta say, their vibration machinesa are killer. Lost around 12 lbs in less than a month and apparently that's easily achievable. The vibration really gets you a good workout in such little time. Their acupuncture service was also extremely relaxing. Yasmin was relaxed and did a great job! If you are in LA and are looking for something different, than I HIGHLY recommend Firm Body Evolution. Honestly, there is NOTHING like this place. I mean from the cleanliness to the awesome machines, I would definitely recommend this gym / spa to ANYONE.
