Awesome sausage and beer. I found link N Hope online and I was immediately impressed with the location and look of the place. I was even more impressed once I tried one of the sausages! I had the pheasant and cognac sausage and it was fantastic! They also have a great selection of beers on tap. You can even buy uncooked sausages to take home and cook on your own! Go check this place out!

Amazing pheasant with cognac sausage! TOO DIE FOR!. Was stopping by next door to grab a bottle of wine and came across Link N Hops. I went in and was going to order something simple but took the server's recommendation and tried something new. I had the pheasant with cognac sausage with grilled onions and sauerkraut!!!! I was AMAZED by how good it was considering that I don't have the most adventurous palate. Definitely come check it out and grab a brew too!
