Bad experience but great manager and waitress
by kph1980
We had a pretty bad experience at La Grande Orange for brunch. It was a special occasion and it turned out to be quite a bad meal. It took over an hour for our food to be brought to the table and even then, some of it had to be sent back because it was cold or undercooked. One person in my party actually never ate because they just couldn't get it right in the kitchen. The kitchen was the problem though. Our waitress was extremely friendly and did everything in her power to help. The manager was wonderful as well. She offered to comp our meal and also brought us muffins while we were waiting. So all in all, they need to work on their kitchen situation and then I would go back because the food was yummy.
