Highway-front eatery melds designer digs & savory steaks.. When it comes to laidback beach bars with an upscale vibe, Malibu reigns supreme. But when locals are looking for high-end comfort food hot spots, that can be a little harder to find. Enter this steak and seafood haven decked out with Dolce and Gabbana leopard print chairs and plush decor. Folks stream in to mix and mingle, enjoy the views of the hilly beachside and spoon clam chowder and lobster bisque under the sparkle of a hand-blown glass chandelier. Sides of mac-and-cheese and rosemary potatoes are placed on tan linen-clothed tables along with crab cakes, mussels and calamari while the main event is braised beef short ribs, premium T-bone steaks and roasted Australian lobster tails.
