Budget-friendly fare reigns at this Third Street eatery..
It couldn't have been better timing for the former La Terza space to reemerge as a more approachable and recession-friendly Italian trattoria. Instead of $20 pasta and $30 secondi, diners will find homemade pasta dishes in the $8 to $16 range and no main courses above $20. The more casual vibe is renewing interest from both old La Terza supporters and new fans alike, as they try the nearly 20 different pastas of every size and shape. The fusilli with lamb ragu and mint is a hit, as are the more classic dishes like the pappardelle with mixed mushrooms and tagliatelle à la Bolognese.
