not very honest. I called Fred Marzouk to get a quote for installation of a water heater. I mentioned that (1) I would need a gas sediment trap (the Gas Company had advised me that I should get this) and (2) there are steps up to the house. I recommended that Mr. Marzouk come out to look at the job before giving me a quote, but he said that this was unnecessary and gave me a figure over the phone.

I had expected him to do the job himself, but he sent two other people from Mr. Speedy Plumbing. After the work was completed, I was presented an invoice that showed a price roughly 25 percent higher than the original quote. Given that nothing unexpected occurred during the installation, this is simply not right. The installer should have informed me of the price increase before starting the job.

On inspecting the work, I noticed that there was no gas line sediment filter and pointed this out. Fred told me that there is a gas line sediment filter internal to the water heater. I called the manufacturer, Rheem, at 800-432-8373 and spoke to Louis (X 350). Louis confirmed that the unit does not have a builtin gas line sediment filter, and said that he has never heard of such a thing. "The installation checklist in the manual indicates that an external gas line sediment filter is required. You must have this to prevent damage to the burners."

Mr. Speedy Plumbing did eventually install the gas line sediment filter, but not without much unpleasantness. I will not use them again.

fair, on time, polite and competent. Mr. Speedy WAS very speedy. They called back within 3 minutes (as they guarantee), and then they had someone out within 20 minutes. They charged a reasonable price and didn't take advantage despite it being an emergency call. Didn't try to sell me more... I am very happy and I really trust them.

Fantastic Plumbers!. I was very pleased with the service that I received from mr.speedy plumbing on Tuesday.The was reliable and finished the job thoroughly. I appreciate all of his help. I will call Mr.Speedy Plumbing for all my drain needs.Our kitchen sink was clogged. Called Mr.Speedy Plumbers were here at 8:05 in the morning, and had a person here by 9:00 a.m. Service tech was very professional, knowledgable and personable (my dog even liked him).

BEST PLUMBERS IN LOS ANGELES!!!. These guys were great.When I called Mr.Speedy Plumbing about my water heater within 30 minutes they were at my house.They were clean cut and got the job done fast!They told me the best route i should take is to get a new tankless water heater.I end up saving hundreds of dollars a year and i got a nice rebate check threw the city for going green!Mr.Speedy plumbing is great!!!Will use again! Professional Plumbers. I was given great plumbing service for cleaning my mainline drain over the weekend. I was treated professionally and given a good rate. They did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after they left. Great work. thank you.

Mr. Speedy Plumbing is NOT a Fraud. We would like to take this time to apologize for the slander, rude and obscene review that has been posted below by our competitor Bobs Rooter & Plumbing. I encourage all of you no matter what trade you may be looking for to look into their companies to see if they are licensed insured and carry workmen's comp for all their employees like we do. Please do your home work and it will pay at the end. Best Plumbers Ever! Outstanding works!!. I won't even try another plumber, period. Their plumbers are punctual, friendly, fast, creative and the price is inexpensive (not like the others I've tried) and so on and they did the absolutely AWESOME JOB! I had a few complicated jobs done in the old building I live in and their team devised ways to save me a lots of money and yet managed to use top quality parts. Their workmanship is truly outstanding. There is no another way I could put it: THIS IS THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER, no joke.

Quick service and excellent prices, highly recommended!. I would definitely recommend Mr Speedy Plumber to anyone who has any type of household plumbing issues. Their instant support, helpful CS, professional technicians and excellent pricing structure impressed me greatly and I was lucky to had found this website and read these honest reviews below mine. 100% professional and honest Plumbing company. Their customer service is world-class I would say, no plumbing company I've used before left me thinking that I should probably do something back for them. So, here I am, just want to spread the words.

Their prices are unbelievably reasonable! All their employees including the CS and the plumbers. They got the job done faster than I finished a cigarette. They even clean up everything before they left. What can I say, I would definitely keep using Mr. Speedy plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

As good as it gets. I absolutely agree with all the reviews here. Mr Speedy Plumbing did an excellent job fixing our sink. Their plumbers arrived exactly on time, worked really hard and were extremely professional. They even cleaned up the kitchen up afterward. I've already referred them to all my friends and neighbors that live local. Couldn't recommend them higher.
