Great Service, very helpful... Really, I'm not kidding.

I have been rebuilding an old motorcycle and was hesitant at first to come here after seeing the reviews. BUT, when I came in everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Steve who is helping me has gone out his way to make sure everything was done right, gave me great advice and couldn't have been more helpful. The guys in the parts department helped me research and find the rare pieces I needed and called me the minute they came in. So far they have been honest, helpful and worthy of 5-stars.

Consumer alert!!! This shop will, lie, cheat, and tell you half truths to get you to buy one of thier overpriced cycles.

The store Manager and Sales Woman will tell you whatever lie they can muster up.

Truly one of the WORST customer service eperiences i've ever had.

They will pressure you to fill out a credit application to give you a good idea of what the cost will be. Then they get the info and tell you they wont run it unless you BUY TODAY!!!

Ask for the info back, they'll tell you to go to hell.

Found the bike that according to Honda SM said dosent exist, in Redondo.

Customer Service at its worst!!!

everyone is so helpful over there. it is really nice to finally find a shop that has it together.

Good parts guys

I have only used the parts dep and these guys are really nice. Order parts quickly and notify when they arrive.

Prices fair and service has always been good.

No real experience with the service or bikes sales teams - well actually a little - the service department couldn't cut valve seat for old 90cc honda head - not maybe surprising but little disappointing. Directed me to a separate machine shop.

btw. The 1 star review is for a car dealership - wrong store.

Good parts department

As headline suggest I have had years of good experiences with the parts department. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I often order parts through the shop and usually get them faster than I would get from online stores. Obviously the basic stuff is in the shelf. When ordering the communication has always been great - keep me up to date with deliveries and accurately predict the times.

I gave 4 stars as I have no experience with the bike sales team or the repair shop.

• Pros: helpful, quick orders knowledgeable
• Cons: no known
