if you like to get treated like crap, come here!. most unprofessional place i had ever been. Man at counter told my friends that came in for service to tell ME they dont need my business because i complained about the service.

We at Lipstic are very sorry these people had such a bad experience with us. We think of all our patrons as special and we appreciate all of them. With that said we must ensure that everyones time is respected, from the people performing the service to the client's who are waiting to get services performed. If we feel that a customer isn't respectiful of our time, time and time again than we must repspectfully bring it to there attention. It is unfortuneate that we weren't able to resolve this matter, I hope these customers respect the next salon's time more than you did ours. Good luck with your new salon search.

Tranquil Salon in a hectic world.... Went in on a recomendation wanted to get ready for the summer got back and chest waxed. It went very well. Fast and painless. The staff was very informative they were able to address all my concerns. All in all I had a great experience loved the people thought the place was really unique and relaxing. Will be back in six weeks.

Relaxing Facial. I really enjoyed it here I had a very relaxing Facial my Skin looks and feels really good Maxine was very knowledgable and gave a great massage I then went onto Karla for a Terrific Hair Dry, I will be back Thank you

Best Brazilian Wax. This place is pleasant and warm, I had a really thorough fast Bikini wax and the prices are very reasonable

best kept secret in the westside. I just happen to walk in and absolutey fell in love with place. Got a facial with Alberto and it was fabulous and got my haircut and color and loved it . Would recommend to anyone they have great prices and great service

avoid forever. I went to this place as a professional to work, but...where is the QUATS?????

I mean, iIneed to desinfect the tools for waxing and did not find this liquid there.

I had to let this person go she was not as experienced as she had led us to believe.It took her over an hour to do a regular bikini wax! The person she did the service for was a friend of mine and informed me that she had an unpleasent experience to say the least. This person did not make the grade and was not hired. We absolutely dissinfect our implements. There's a gallon of cleaning salution she just didn't get that far.

The Best Salon. I have been to many different Salons around town and this I found to be the best. I had my hair done by Candice and she was so wounderful and did a fantastic job on my hair. Its the best my hair has ever looked. Call and set up an appointment ASAP with her and you will see what I am talking about. You can also get a relaxing facial and just have a wounderful day.

Most Beautiful and relaxing Salon. I got my hair done at this Salon and a relaxing facial. I absolutely loved my hair the ladies there are so nice and friendly and the atmosphere is great. If you are looking to find a great Salon with great people look no father you have found it and it is the Lipstic studio!!!!!!
