I have been a customer of Gem & Loan from time to time, and they always give me superb service, their prices are much better then anybody's prices, and the quality of products is high. Every one I deal with is a pleasure, and I always refer my family there too, because I trust this place.

Superb customer service, many deals, good prices. just can't say enough about the place. The staff is knowledgeable and they don't make you feel uncomfortable as many pawn shops do. Just one of a kind place. I've been going there for years!!!

I was in Los Angeles and dropped in to see what they had for sale. I shopped here a couple of years ago and got a great deal on a watch. This year, I got a couple of Christmas gifts there at a great price and the guys were really nice. Glad they are still around :)

A friend of mine recommended this pawn shop to sell my old watch. I checked a couple other places before I went there, to make sure I am getting the best deal. I was happily surprised at how nice there people were. They were respectful, caring and attentive. I got a very good price.
