Terrible. You guys need help. You treat your staff really bad with no breaks. Labor Law states that your staff needs a break at least every 4 hours and a lunch break within 6 hours. The animals in the back are in the dark, cold, and lonely place. This is animal cruelty. The prices are also too high, you can't charge for using a clean needle for a shot. This place needs some organizing as well. Not good. No stars in my book.
Thank you. Thank you for the personal attention you gave to Casey. Casey and i are much more at ease knowing that he is in your care. Your kindness and concern are truly appreciated.
Wonderful People. Wonderful people, wonderful care! I've taken my pets here for years! Years ago with a previously vet at the same location I had a kitten who had a broken leg and I was a broke twenty-year-old. A different hospital had recommended surgery, I didn't believe them and I didn't have the money for a ridiculously expensive procedure. The vets at Mercy agreed that such a young kitten would most likely heal perfectly well with a simple cast and they were right! We came in regularly for x-rays (discounted out the the kindness of their hearts). My kitten recovered wonderfully!. We had my kitten and her brother altered there, again a great experience with the staff. My father had is 14-year-old rotty put to sleep there after she lost the ability to get up and was found to have bone cancer. And another dog of mine is recieving care for arthritis for here now.
great help. Thank you for your compassion and kindness in helping me deal with the injury and euthanasia of my Siamese cat, Yoyo
outstanding. Each time I look at Dancer Im grateful for your work, help, and understanding.
Wonderful to My Pets. Dr.Kamal and his staff have been wonderful to my pets and I. Yes they are very busy, no time for fluffy offices, but they are kind and honest people. I had a pet die last year-Mercy was my 3rd vet I went to, it was a lost cause from the beginning. They stayed open late for me, dealt with all my crying, and charged me much less than any other vet I have visited. My current kitty has been treated well and snuggles up to the staff. No vet (or human) is perfect, but this is the only place I have been to that didn't suggest unneccesary expensive tests.
thank you!. Thank you so much for taking care of us! We love and appreciate you.
Thank YOU!!!!!. Thank you so much for being you. Your kiness and generosity, especially with your time with my daughter and her Siamese cat. You are appreciated!
