*Beware - NOT Tenant Friendly.
As you can see from their website, this property management company is geared specifically for the property owners. They pass along every, and I mean 'every', charge, tax, fee that they possibly can. They even write into the lease that the tenant is financially responsible for what any other landlord would call basic maintenance. They charge you for the paint on the bloody walls! On top of all that, their customer service and response time is horrible. It takes days or even weeks to get simple repairs made.
Word to the wise - before you move in - triple check the lease, triple check any previous damage to the apt, and negotiate a lower rent to cover all their hidden fees and charges.

I'm a tenant at one of Touchstone's building and am very pleased with their customer service. They want to make sure that the buildings are safe for the tenants; we had one family causing trouble and they were eventually evicted due to lease violations (in other buildings I've lived in, the managers just keep the bums around b/c they don't want to lose the rental income).
When it comes to maintenance issues, Touchstone return calls promptly and follows up to ensure that everything has been taken care of to my satisfaction. Thank you.

HARASSMENT, POLICE, AND DAMAGES IF YOU MOVE INTO A TOUCHSTONE PROPERTIES.
I have an office at one of Touchstone Properties and every month we get harassed by the owner Kevin Saunders. He has trespassed my location entering all the way to my restroom and serving us legal documents.
Doucments that do not need to be hand delivered. DO NOT MOVE INTO A TOUCHSTONE LOCATION.
