Beautiful cozy immaculate studio seems to attract the friendliest yogis! Classes are affordable and small. Teachers often go out of their way after class to encourage students in poses that will help their individual challenges situations while maintaining a satisfying and balanced class experience for everyone. Music, art, philosophy, meditation,nutrition & ethics are woven into every class,from gentle beginner to adept.

All the teachers were personally trained by Brazilian NewYorker legend Dharma Mittra, who is remarkable for his sense of humor, humility, amazing proficiency, and dedication.
