professional. Quality people who were polite and professional in every aspect. Using an online search I found the exact used vehicle I wanted. I contacted the dealership by email and by phone. We made the deal and completed the paperwork in short order. Everyone had an outstanding attitude and made the transaction smooth and comfortable.

Good job. This dealership has the biggest inventory around and a nice customer waiting area (handy with kids in tow). I will certainly return to this dealer for future Subaru purchases!

NICE. We test drove the 2011 Tribeca and performance-wise, it is almost as good as the MDX but a lot cheaper in price. The finance department was very helpful also, and after a short discussion with my wife, we decided to go for it.

Very nice parts department. When I came in, the employees were very nice. They also have very good coffee in their waiting room and it's all free. The thing that sold me that I would definitely come back here for my Subaru dealership parts would be their Parts department. The employee there was awesome!

Outstanding service dept. I brought my car in for service and that department's service is outstanding. You're greeted immediately and taken care of right away. I'm not standing around aimlessly waiting for help. Service is great here!

Great customer service. I contacted the dealership first looking for a 2011 Subaru Outback. Most places didn't even respond, but Logan from PH Subaru did! He gave me a great price upfront, no need to haggle.

LIARS!. Aren't you suspicious of the stellar record of 32 5 star reviews, all 1 paragraph long, all the same style having nothing but praises for this dealership?

You'd better be. These guys are liars at best. They sold us a LEMON. Floyd even dared to make the claim that they will take care of all services and fixings on the car.

Whatdya know, they're car salesmen, and their forte is making grand, false claims, and then cowardly backing up on their words.

Good job on unashamedly making false positive reviews on yourself, guys! Ps. try to be more creative by not keep using the same name format with some numbers at the end ;)

Avoid them like a plague!

No pressure sales. Subarus are great cars and Puente Hills is the best place to buy them from. I've been to them for my car needs for years and have always had a great experience there. I appreciate the no pressure sale and level of service that the entire staff possesses.
