Ive been renting from this company for about 5 years and in 2 different buildings, they have always been fast to repair or address any issue or concern I have had from water pressure(repiping), bathroom issues, plumbing, garbage disposal, everything ive asked for had been handled.....No complaints and would rent from them again in the future, and have referred a few friends...

K & B has been truly WONDERFUL to us!! We have lived in one of their buildings for the past 7 years. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say. When we needed a new heater they were very quick to replace one. There was the time when our A/C went down and they were there the very next day. When we welcomed our new baby into our family they were the one's who offered to help in anyway they could. The only reason we are moving is because I got an amazing job offer in my hometown of Washington State. Otherwise we would stay right here! Thank you K & B for being a first class Management company!!!!

Yes, I have enjoyed my eight years here at El Dorado mostly because of the late ABE and now great manager and friendly Rory. The building is kept up beautifully + the caring of Rory re/my health etc.... is greatly appreciated.

I have no idea why these folks get such bad reviews. We have been living in one of their properties to over 15 years and have always been treated with respect and dignity. Steve and Paul feel like family to us. We respect them and in turn, they respect us. That's how the world works, folks. You get back what you give out. I'm sure they must get plenty of fools renting from them. Rock on, Steve and Paul!

i give 5 star to management because They are so kind sweet and friendly. I have no problem with the management what so ever. Hope we can enjoy this for a long time.

Bonnie & Tim are great, they respond quickly to maintenance requests and make themselves available as much as possible. I can tell they care about the property & tenants. We really enjoy living here.

Management is wonderful and very effective. Facilities are always maintained and choice of renter's always well done. Management responds quickly to requests & tenant needs. Great Place to love, and manager is a big reason why.

I can't believe all the negative reviews that I see on this page. I've rented with K&B for over 5 years and I honestly couldn't be happier with them. I have had to call for service numerous times over the years, and I was always treated with the upmost respect. Whatever the problem was, they always dispatched maintenance out to my apartment the next day (or whenever I could be available). Any issues that required immediate resolution were taken care of the same day. I've talked to many people in my building, and they have all had similar good experiences with K&B. Steven Kelman is one of the coolest, down to Earth people you could ever want for a landlord, believe me. I simply can't believe all the YouTubish like negative reviews that I see posted on this site. It certainly hasn't been my experience with K&B at all.
