I ordered the Chloe women's beach cruiser from J bikes for my wife's birthday. I called them on Monday, the 25th to inquire about the experdite shipping to Arizona because my wife's birthday is on the 27th (in 2 days). I was surprised that Johnny (the rep) told me I do not need to pay extra for expedite shipping. He guarantees me that he'd ship the bike right away and my wife will receive the bike on or before the 27th. So long story short, I took his words and BAM...the bike was delivered on 27th at 11:30 am!!! My wife was so happy and in love her vanilla bike. She even went back to Jbikes website to purchase some accessories to match up her new bike. I really glad I made my choice with J Bikes for their honesty and outstanding customer service. If you want a quality and good price beach cruiser, I would recommend you to J Bikes.

I ordered a woman's bike online for my daughter's birthday. I called to confirm shipping and delivery dates. They were very nice and confirmed the date it would be shipped and delivery would be 5 - 7 days from CA to NJ. The sent me tracking information and it was shipped on the day they said it would be. I received it in 5 days and put it together immediately. IT IS BEAUTIFUL!!! Even better looking then in the photos. Not a nik or scratch on it and every part was in the box. Great bike, great deal and great service!!! Thank you JBIKES ... I will be ordering another soon for the holidays for my other daughter!

Terrible Experience. I just ordered a bike for my nephews birthday on amazon and did not realize that the order was placed through J Bikes. I ended up receiving something I did not order despite the packing slip clearly stating the item I ordered. When I contacted them I received a message that no one was available and I would have to call back. I finally got through on email and they said I had to take pictures of the item that they sent me incorrectly. Horrible expereince. I would not recommend them and will tell everyone I know. Hopefully the more people who refuse to do business with them will put them out of business ultimately!

lousy service. I ordered a bike a few weeks ago,it comes with a free basket if you pay shipping 12.50$.I forgot to add the basket and called to have them send it now and they refused.When i asked to speak to a manager,he said there are none available.I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he did not have any,LOL This company does deserve anybodys business and will certainly not get mine ever;-(((

Great Deal!. I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing a bike here because I read all the negative reviews from different online sites...then I noticed that most of the reviews are written by the same people, but just on different websites, so I figured...why not stop by since it isn't too far from where I live? The prices were alot cheaper than other bike stores so I told myself that as long as I wasn't getting a used bike, they can be as rude as they can be as long as I can get a cheap trendy beach cruiser!!! :)

When I got there, I admit, it was a bit hot. But overall, the place was filled with beach cruisers of all colors. Since I kinda knew what I wanted, I didn't had to stay too long. I was happy with the service...wasn't top notch, but hey, it's a bike shop, not a customer service center!...but she was not rude like what some people complained about, and was able to answer all the questions I had, AND got me a great deal..along with a free basket.

Will I shop there again? Yes! In fact, I am getting my mom a beach cruiser for mother's day, so I will definitely be back to JBikes soon.

Oh, and they have a wide selections of baskets and liners..I was really impressed with their selections!!!!

No complaints from ME! Good Price & nice product!. So I wanted to buy a bike for myself and I've been hesitant cuz money is tight and I didn't want to purchase it from Ebay. So I've found this place call jbikes online and it's somewhat close to where I live. So I've decided to call the place up and drove myself down to the store. The owner or manager (whoever he was) gave me a great deal and was very helpful. He answered all my questions and even told me that if I had any issues or difficulties installing the bike, just give him a call. I guess best of all is that I was able to receive a deal and a product that I wanted. Maybe that's why I didn't purchase it from Ebay.... Yeah I might been able to save another dollar or two from Ebay but I rather purchase an item first hand.... So that's my story n I hope that U may share similar good experiences as I did.

I had a good experience. Wow I'm surprised that this place actual received negative reviews. Well regardless what other people write or say, my experiences w/ this company is "thumbs ups". The price was fair and I got what I wanted. I've ordered a bike from them and I received it in a timely manner. The bike was easy to install and it was exactly as described... So no complaints from me.

awful experience. I had a terrible time buying a bicycle from jbikes. they sent me a defective bike and never responded or replied to any emails or phone calls. Do yourself a favor and everyone else who has wasted their time with this company and avoid buying anything from them

Do Not Order Bike Online. I placed an order in early december for a bike that was listed as in stock. I received the wrong bike, and had a very difficult time reaching anyone on the phone to arrange to have the correct bike sent to me. By the time I spoke to someone, the original bike was out of stock, and I could not get anyone on the phone to refund my money. I had to file a dispute with Paypal and eventually got my money refunded after a five weeks.

Not a good bike shop. I have been looking for a certain cruiser and I found jbikes on the internet in my search.. in fact I happen to read alot of negative comments of many people.. I am Asian and some of the comments seemed a bit out of line that were left by other customers... and so I thought I better go and check it out myself... unfortunately the comments were pretty justified... I did not get good service, they were rude, their items were mostly dented and had scratches and paint chip on most of their bikes... and for some reason they kept on staring at me like they have not seen a pretty Asian girl in their life… I wish I would have gone with my boyfriend or brother.

Anyways, like others stated in the reviews the price was not the same as advertised.. they lack manners and I will never go back.. I will make sure no one i know will go to jbikes to get treated like I was... This is really a sorry excuse for a bike shop and in my opinion they are not honest business... Dont waste your time or money!!
