I saw the high ratings on yelp so I tried Fix car now. What a mistake. I had a check engine light on. They gave me the recommendations to fix the car. So I paid my money and happily drove off only to drive it back there within 2 weeks. They gave me more recommendations and I happily paid again only to drive back again within the next 3 weeks. This process went on for almost 3 months. 1000 dollars later and my car still was not fixed. So I took my car to pep boys. After paying more money to find out what was really wrong with my car. Pep Boys told me the last mechanic did half the work on everything they installed and that they put Toyota parts on my American car. I should have known something was wrong with fix car now when their computer said “there are recommendations for this vehicle.” How can I have recommendations for my vehicle when this is my first time going to this shop? As I sat there I noticed that anytime someone is being put into the system or about to pay. The computer says “there are recommendations for this vehicle.” Not to mention that they were filming a TV show there when they should have been fixing peoples cars. They moved all the cars off the lot to shoot a TV scene for the TV show New Girl. And please check the insurance and registration papers before you drive off with one of their loaner cars because I checked once I got home and noticed the insurance wasn’t current and the registration was for a different vehicle. They also tried to charge me twice for certain repairs. So make sure you keep your print outs for when you have to go back because they didn’t fix something right. Nice guys I think not, they are just con artist with good acting skills.
trust worthy auto repair shop

Finding an honest and trust worthy auto repair shop is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Well I found it with this place. They have consistently gone the extra mile to diagnose and solve my vehicle problems and they have always been reasonable with their pricing. This is one of those shops that I will be taking my car to for years and years. Whenever I have a problem or need service, I know these guys will take care of me. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
Great!

My check engine light went on last week. I went to Midas. They wanted to charge me $70 for a diagnostic. I went home and searched for other options. I brought my car into Fix Now Car and was nothing for the diagnostic, explained the three codes in detail, showed corrosion on my battery. They fixed the problem that same afternoon so I could get on my way.
Honest

I went to Fix Car Now based on a suggestion from a coworker. They were professional and very easy to work with. My car was done quickly though it came back with a scratch that wasn't there when I dropped it off (hence only 4 stars). However, the guy that "checked in" my car was honest and admitted the scratch was not there so they kept it an extra day and fixed the scratch. It would have been so easy for them to say the scratch was not caused by them, but they did not. They did the right thing and admitted to the fault. I am grateful to have such an honest car repair place nearby.
