Here's the skinny: Going to this place is much like going to goodwill. They've got a pretty good assortment of items, but almost all of the sizes are L or XL. Finding something in XS, X, M is difficult, and if you do, it will probably be a more exotic style (read: sheer).

They have a wall of damaged goods, which usually have no noticable defects, each for around $6. Combine that with their 20% Off sale, and a great pair of really pricey underwear will cost you less than $5.

I walked away, having rummaged for a good 30 mins, with 2 great pairs of underwear (a classic jockstrap and a pair of show-it briefs), for under $15.

Bad order experience. I have really bad experience with this shop -- I should have keep dealing with ebay stores instead of using official andrewchristian site

Currently I'm dealing with one single order placed on 15th september(now is 18th november!)

First my order was missed or shipped wrongly as I haven't received it. I've contacted customer support (Kris) -- it took about a week to ship order again.

After 2 monthes of waiting I finally have received the order, but half of it was simply missing and package had contained even one wrong item.

Now I've contacted support again and am waiting an answer, but it is already terrible experience.

Low prices on slightly damaged items...amazing deals. This factory store has something for every guy. It not only has a great selection of the entire Andrew Christian underwear and sportwear line but it also has super low prices on slightly less than perfect items. Although the items looked perfect to me...I couldn't find any damaged areas on my garments. I go every week as they add new items every day and the great bargains sell fast.
