i Medspa truly prides itself on excellent customer service. Our customers leave extremely satisfied with our services, because we go the extra mile. We are very surprized to read your review. We only purchase botox from Allergan and it is always at the recommended dilution from the botox manufacturer - no more, no less. We would never use expired or overly diluted botox as you suggest. We would like for you to contact us regarding this situation as this is the first we are hearing of it and if you truly are an unhappy customer, we would like to address your complaint. We do everything possible to keep our customers happy. Our staff is professional and courteous as evidenced by many other reviews we have on various sites. We can only hope this is not a competitor trying to raise false allegations.

This spa is amazing!. Greal location, decor and ambiance. Was afraid they were going to hit me with high prices due to the high end look and feel! Surprizingly their prices were really competitive! The owner was there at the front desk and said they were more interested in growing the business by taking really good care of the clients. The staff is very courteous! Would def recommend! They have the latest lasers for skin tightening and treating cellulite.

The Best Deal in El Segundo. The location and office is clean, brand new and really nice and classy. The staff are very courteous and professional. There prices are very competitive, you will never find a spa offering the same treatments with prices as low as there, it's a deal! Their consultants, equipment, products are top of the line!
