Sunset Deli has a humble exterior but their sandwiches are very fresh. You can also get soups and salads alone or on the side. A good quick stop before bar hopping on Sunset.

Long Live Godmother. Tried the Godmother sub: Great bread (soft, spongy), great dressings (vinegar, oil, mixed with mustard spread), not overly stuffed with the meats.

Right price, right place. Great quick sandwich for anyone who works or spends a lot of time on that part of the Sunset strip. The price is higher, but it beats the heck out of Subway down the street, and the ingredients are quality Boar's Head ingredients. Management and staff are friendly courteous, and make you feel at home. Signature sandwiches are always changing, and you might even get a chance to name a new sandwich. Now they have a 3 pound challenger sandwich -- finish it there, one sitting, you get your pic posted!

Cool Vibe!. I'm glad this place opened up. I work in the area and have visited this spot for lunch. It's a great place to grab something to go or sit there to enjoy the cool guitar decor. Their prices are higher than subway....but you get what you pay for - a better tasting sandwhich with high quality meat.
