Worst Botox Ever!

The best part of this spa is it's location inside Burke Williams which I do enjoy greatly. However, this association did not prove to be positive. I had been getting botox for a couple of years at my dermatologist office and decided to try something new. First of all, the injections hurt much more than I was use to with my MD and I had injection site bruising. Worst of all, the botox never took effect! The spa did not seem to care that they charged a consumer for a service that did NOT work. They had a casual attitude about it and said it's because I'm "getting older." I'm 30! Evidently, we age quite a bit 3 months between injections. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with my experience at Spa 7 and will never go back! Steer clear of this overpriced spa with incompetent staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
