Gangsta eating

I actually like this place from the food to decor to the service. Most times that i've been there, have been pleasant. The servers are always on top of things asking if we need anything at the appropriate times. My oldest son who is two flirts with the hostess.

Only complain I have is the soggy pizza. Everything is else is in order. I like my pizza with a crunchy crust so they lack there of with that.

Beware of incompetent staff

My co-workers and I were excited to try this new restaurant when they opened up this year but we've been there a handful of times and they've disappointed us more and more with each visit. We finally had to take it off our list of lunchtime restaurants.

So... here's what you can expect. If you enter through the back, make sure you're holding your nose because it wreaks of restroom stench. Once you get through the hallway and into the restaurant, hunt down a waitress/hostess and get seated. The place will most likely be packed, but don't let this fool you. You'll see the gangster/mafia theme (which I do love) reflected throughout the restaurant. The menu is great and offers a wide variety of foods.

Still, none of this makes up for the inconsiderate and incompetent waitresses and manager. The food is pretty good but don't expect your meals to come out together. Ours always came out separately and one or two people end up finishing their meals and waiting for the rest of the group.

The first couple of visits went like this. My last one really did us in. Four of us went. They forgot to give us menus. Then, after we ordered, they completely forgot 2 of our meals. We ended up taking them to go. Then, my boss was going to pay for us all and they came back saying their credit card machine was down and asked if we had cash. None of us had enough. The waitress asked if we could wait half an hour for their repair person to come and fix it so they can run our card. I couldn't believe my ears when she offered this to us as a "solution" to the problem. With how much waiting they had us do AND forgetting our orders, they should have comp'd us on the meal, not ask us to sit there longer when we SHOULD be getting back to work. After asking to speak to the owner, the owner told my boss he could leave his card and pick it up later after the repairs are made and the card is run! Wow... really?!

Thanks for the inconvenience but the food isn't amazing enough to be putting up with bad service like theirs.
