Excellent service! Thanks!. We had a Viking gas cooktop on which only two burners would ignite automatically. Had been using a lighter to light the others when needed. Made an appointment to have ACME technician Dan come out on a Saturday (at no extra cost!) to look at it. He's very personable, easy to work with, and knows his stuff. He had the cooktop out and found the issue (a spark module or something like that) fairly quickly and had everything working and reinstalled within an hour or so. great deal!. Great job. No one wants to have their appliance repaired, but if you have to, then definitely call Sub-Zero repair. They answer their phone promptly and courteously and they deliver on their promises by calling back and showing up when they say they will. They were able to diagnose the problem with my dryer quickly, locate the part, and get me back up and running in a couple of days. Their initial service call was $40., but that was put toward the total labor cost of replacing the broken part. They stand behind all their work and they are great to deal with!
