Horrible customer service!!.
I am extremely disappointed with this company, after countless calls trying to rectify a situation (that was their error in the first place) i am left with less money, 2 days sitting around waiting for my order, and frustrated beyond belief at the complete lack of customer service skills that "Chrissy" possesses.
My order that was supposed to arrive Thursday 9/16 but now i am stuck waiting until MONDAY 9/21 because of a simple administrative error when they were inputting my order.
This is not only costing me time but $$ as well, not only did they charge an extra $11 to 're input' the order, I am losing approx. $3k for the weekend in tattoos that were supposed to be done on Sunday.
Not only this, Chrissy proceeded to ask if i wanted her to bring my supplies to New York herself and when i asked if that was the way they normally spoke to paying customers she said "Only the bad ones" ?!?!!?
This is absolutely unacceptable and I will NOT be ordering from them in the future.
