When I first went to this practice approximately 2 years ago, there was only one negative review out of about nine total. Then and now, it seems people either love (5 stars) or hate (1 star) the practice, there doesn't seem to be any middle ground. My experience has been solely with Cloninger, her staff, and the front desk staff. I have nothing but positive remarks. For instance... two of my four appointments, I was taken a few minutes early; on a delicate issue, everyone was dismissed tactfully except for Cloninger and I; discussion of issues and cathing up with each other were done but there is little chit-chat just to chit-chat ( which I like, it's a dermatology not a psych office ); new issues, though not stated while making my appointment, were discussed, diagnosed, and treated; and the front desk has always been helpful scheduling my appointments and answering my questions when I lost my appointment cards ( I know, an adult should be able to keep up with their appointments. :-D ) I do not mean to minimize other patient's feelings and concerns, but I have had none of the negative experiences listed in citysearch and were slightly shocked when reading them.
Pros: Tactful, on-time appointments, to the point.
Cons: None to date

I'm not here to rate the practice, but I wanted to correct another user. The date that is hand-written on a vial of botox does not indicate the date it expires (that is type-written). It is used to note when it was placed in storage, and is good for 2 years if kept frozen. If it was mixed in front of you (the saline was injected into the bottle), then it was done correctly.
