incredibly nice. The staff is incredibly nice. I don't think I've ever received such great customer service. Ana came out to the waiting room, held my hand and walked me to my room. How sweet right? Dr Tsibel came in to meet/greet me before my xrays. He talked to me a little bit before introducing me to his partner Dr. Abaro and Johnny (dental assistant). Johnny was so much fun. He made sure my whole experience was pleasurable and I felt safe in his hands. Not one twitch went unnoticed by him; he was always watching to make sure I wasn't in pain. Dr. Abaro had a conversation with me first about past experiences and my dental history before even starting. As he was examining my teeth, he gave me tips on how I can better my dental hygiene. He even photographed every problem area so I could see what he was talking about! Dr. Abaro doesn't just fix the problem, he teaches you how to avoid them. He took his time and was so thoughtful with every detail.

INTEND TO CONTINUE MY DENTAL CARE THRU THEM. HI SO YESTERDAY I WAS A HUGE AMT OF PAIN AND NOTHING HAD HELPED. I COULD NOT EVEN SLEEP AT NITE AND MY HUSBAND WAS GETTING WORRIED. SO I CALLED 1-800 DENTIST AND TO MY SURPRISE THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP ME LOCATE A "GREAT DENTAL OFFICE". I HAD AN UPPER RIGHT WISDOM TOOTH THAT WAS COMING IN THE WRONG WAY AND WAS CAUSING ME SOOO MUCH PAIN. WHEN I WAS SPEAKING WITH THE RECEPTIONIST, SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME TO COME IN THE SAME DAY(NT LIKE OTHER DENTAL OFFICES) AS SOON AS I ARRIVED I WAS TREATED WITH THE RESPECT AND KINDNESS. I WAS SEEN RIGHT AWAY BY DR. ANNA H. THE DENTIST WAS VERY SWEET AND KIND AND HAD EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THE PROCEDURE WILL BE AND WT SHE HAD RECOMMENDED. SO THEN CAME THE X-RAYS IT WAS A LIL PAINFUL BUT THAT WAS DUE TO AGAIN MY UPPER WISDOM TOOTH, THE X-RAY TECH DID HER BEST AND WAS SWEET. WHEN I MET BACK WITH THE DDS SHE WAS SPEAKING WITH HER CO-WORKER ABOUT THE PROCEDURE THAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE. AND ME WORKING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD I KNEW THAT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS AUTOMATICALLY. WHEN I WAS SEEN BY THE FINANCE I WAS TOLD WHAT WAS COVERED BY MY DENTAL PLAN- PPO AND WT % I HAD TO PAY. I WAS REASONABLE AND I UNDERSTOOD WHY BECAUSE I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD DOING BILLING AND CODING. AFTER SEEING THE FINANCE DEPT. I HAD A DEEP CLEANING AND HAD A EXTRACTION DONE THE SAME DAY, I WAS SO SURPRISED ( WHEN I HAD CALLED OTHER DENTAL OFFICES THEY HAD TOLD CONSULTATION FIRST THEN 1 TO 2WKS LATER THE PROCEDURE..AY THATS TOO LONG I THOUGHT TO MYSELF. BUT BY CALLING AND BEING SEEN HERE WAS A HUGE BLESSING AND WAS SO HAPPY) SO THEN CAME THE ANESTHETIC (SHOTS) AND AS SOON AS I WAS NUMB THE DENTAL ASSISTANT HAD CAME IN AND EVERYTHING WAS READY FOR THE PROCEDURE TO BE DONE. AFTER THE PROCEDURE I WAS A LIL SORE BUT THAT WAS DUE TO THE EXTRACTION. THEY WERE VERY CLEAR ON THE DETAILS ON WHAT I SHOULD AND SHOULD NOT DO. I UNDERSTOOD AND WAS HAPPY. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. I HAVE NO PAIN (24HRS LATER) AND WAS ABLE TO TALK AND LAUGH AND SLEEP. THANK YOU SO MUCH "WALNUT HILL DENTAL GROUP"I INTEND TO CONTINUE MY DENTAL CARE THRU THEM.I HAVE ALREADY REFERRED MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. SO IF YOUR THINKING OF HAVING SOME WORK DONE OR A CLEANING PLEASE DON'T POSTPONE YOUR DENTAL CARE AND GIVE THEM A CALL. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

Love his staff!. He is very proffessional and down to earth. I feel very confident and would highly recommend him. He has a real good sence of humor too. Love his staff!

friendly and courteous at all times. I was not satisfied with my previous dentist. When I found this office the doctor said he would work with my problems. I have found both doctors and all the staff to be not only professional but also friendly and courteous at all times. My teeth have felt much better and are easier to take care of since my work has been completed. I could not ask for a better experience.

answered my questions. Undoubtedly the best dental experience I have ever had. All of the staff was so friendly. They have the latest technology in x-rays so you can see the pics of your teeth on a screen right in front of you in 3D- so cool. The x-ray tech was funny and shared all of his knowledge with me and answered my questions.
