Worst service ever! Manager and staff does not seem to care. Service at Buffalo Wild Wings (Burbank) is hands down the worst customer service ever.

We came in for a late night snack. When we got in, there was a long line to get seated, so we decided to do take-out. The server at the take-out counter assured us the it will take approximately 15 minutes for our order. After 25 minutes of tiredly waiting, we followed-up our order to the hostess. She could not give us a direct response so she had to ask the original server that took our order. It was a mess! No one knows anything about very simple order. Finally, 35 minutes later, the originally server came with our order. I asked her why it took such a long time, she gave me a dirty look and said 'I DON'T KNOW. I JUST GOT IT FROM THE KITCHEN, then she sarcastically walked away even before I can ask her another questions. What a B***H!

Frustrated, I asked the manager for a refund. I've lost my appetite. When the manager walked in, he went to the register and gave us our money back. He did not ask what the problem was. He did not look at us nor made eye contact. He did not calm us down. He did not make things better. He actually made it worse.

It seems that the manager and ther servers did not care about their job.

The entire ordeal took approximately 40 minutes. I will NEVER come back to that location again, even though it's close to my house!

Srevice is horribleWhen the check came the manager gave us a. I went here for the first time and then was.seated right away. Twenty minutes later I was still waiting for a waiter. I ended up having to find a manager. They had to have a host take our order then when we got the food they severed our appitizers at the same time. What is the point of that.

I didn't mind the wait!. Great: Food, service, wait for seating, everything.

We arrived at and discovered over an hour wait. I am a restaurant manager in Denver and would not have even considered coming here because of the crowds....but for being on an hour wait, the restaurant didn't seem that crowded but all the tables were full and everything was very smooth and easy to navigate. The new experience for me is that they asked me for my mobile phone number to call me on when seating was available. I thought that was great! We walked through the local stores and sure enough, about 50 minutes later, my phone rang asking me to return to the host stand. There, we were taken to our table and then server greeted us at our table. All of this was very professional. We ordered drinks while we looked over a very well designed menu. The drinks were served within a few minutes and we ordered an appetizer.

I had to know how the restaurant was running so smoothly with an hour quoted wait time so I asked the manager, Daryl, and he said they used a Wait List manager system by Queuent that called customers on their mobile phones when seating was available. So even though we had to wait an hour, we were able to get our movie tickets and shop around the area while we waited. And if that are at the other end of the strip, the system lets them delay by 15 minutes. No crowds - great wait experience!

All in all, a great casual night out for my wife and I. Highly recommended for a fun night out and watch the game. And being able to walk around instead of standing in a crowded restaurant waiting for a table, really made the evening.
