best pad thai and chicken coconut soup, really affordable. Everything that I have gotten at this quant thai place is incredible. I lived only a couple blocks away, and ordered take-out from there often. Spicy noodles are great! best pad thai, really great house salad, and their chicken coconut soup is addicting!! Really good prices too. And generous portions. The place is kind of small and hidden in the corner of a group of stores on olympic and la cienega, but I highly recommended finding it.

ummmmm, no chicken?!?!?!. Ok, this place is pretty funny! IF you can get some chicken if pretty decent for a grab and go meal. Better than McD's. The funny thing is that I went in there to grab a quick bite for my starving kids after school and wouldn't you know, THEY HAD NO CHICKEN. I found that amusing.

Several gems for the price of rocks. Alright, this is no great date place, but some of the dishes are truly fine! All the curries are dynamic, rich, stewy concoctions that are heavenly over the sticky white rice. (Ask for fresh chilis for a kick!) The Pad Kra Pow is a fresh, crisp treat, fragrant of basil, onion, and light fish sauce. The Pad See Yu has it's good day's & bad, while the coconut chicken soup is not only fabulous, but will completely thwart an oncoming cold.

Like most Thai in L.A., avoid the beef & shrimp & opt for chicken or tofu. As for the Chinese dishes, it's a Thai place, people; Let 'em do what they do best.
