Don't understand prior ratings. They must have gotten rid of the that employee..Have ordered many times. Pizza is great and a good value. Fast delivery.... always arrives before the stated time. Treated well on the phone. We always order on the weekend so they are busy and I understand if they are in a hurry and having been in the restaurant business I can understand.

THE RUDE GUY PULLED A KNIFE ON MY HUSBAND. We placed a phone order and it was taking over an hour for delivery. We called to inquire how much longer it would take and the guy on the phone said another 10 mins and hung up on us. We called back to ask why he is hanging up on us, we are paying customers and we want to cancel our order and he said I don't give a damn and hung up again. My husband went to the restaurant to make sure they wouldn't charge us and the guy pulled a knife on him. Do not deal with this company, they do not take care of their customers.

They hung up on me - twice. They have one incredible pizza with avocado, red onions, cilantro, chicken and a bunch of other good stuff but when I went to order, I couldn't remember the name of the pizza.

The guy who picked up the phone to talk to me, Lewis, asked what I wanted to order and I said I couldn't remember the name of the pizza but that it was a specialty pizza that had these toppings. He said to find a menu, figure out what I want, and call back when I'm ready. Then before I could say anything, he hung up on me! I couldn't believe his rudeness.

So I called back to ask for a manager (who knows, maybe I could order from the manager instead and also let him know about his employee who is answering phones is not helping get customers). Lewis answered the phone again and I asked to speak to the manager. He asked why, and I said it was regarding customer service over the phone. He told me that I needed a better reason to speak to the manager and he hung up on me again!

I have ordered from this place before because the pizza is great, but seriously, after this, I will never order there again. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a normal human being.

Guy on phone.... Just ordered delivery and whoever I spoke to on the phone couldn't get me off the phone sooner. I barely ordered my meal before he hung up on me. Had to call back to give him my CC info and estimated time! Food better be good because they have awful phone service!

What more can I say about ordering from a place like this. You are better off ordereing from pizza Hut or Dominos

super cheap, free delivery, good food!. the baked ziti is so good! the pizza is good but nothing out of this world. the sandwiches are good too, I love the avocado sub, and eggplant parm sub. the regular dinner salad is the only salad I'd get, the "gourmet" ones aren't that good. the lunch and dinner specials are the way to go and the service on the phone is great, I swear it's the same guy all the time (maybe the owner?) and he is so nice and always gets the orders right!
