Prices OK but the service is AWFUL!. I only gave two stars because when my husban and purchased his FS bike from them they were very helpful, informative and paid attention to his concerns.

Once he started having problems with the bike they were quick to dismiss any concerns and stated each and every time that there is nothing wrong with the bike which was insulting. Never returned calls or called when the bike was ready to be picked up. On average bike sat at the shop untouched for a week at a time before I would come in and demand repairs. Owner and stuff have a dismissive and borderline disrespectful attitude when asked for repairs and complete lack of professionalism, especially if the bike is under warranty! Felt like we were a bother to them simply by asking to do what is right. After 6 month of no results he ended up taking his bike to Helen

Great Shop. I was there when the guy above (I hang out there all the time) was in the shop. He is NUTS. Ignore his review.

I always get great service. I have only purchased 1 bike there and they always take care of it for free and do great work on my other bikes (from ebay) as if I got them there,

Bev Hills Bike shop lies! lies! lies!. I have been a client at BHBike for 16 years. I have spent hundreds upon hudreds of dollars there. They have gotten increasingly worse and worse to do business with the last several years. Their ads say, and I have in writing, "Free Tune Ups for Life". That is a boldface lie! They recently charged me $50. for a tune up and "cleaning" of a bike that has been inside for the last Winter. The bike[s] were both purchased in their store. {the second bike will never see the inside of their store again}. Their site shows a special $29.95 for a tune up. and my 'free tune up for life': I got neither! The person purporting to be the owner was a real putz! They have gotten their last penny from me! On this particular trip they lost a minimum of $150. to $200. sale of new equipment because they would not forego the $50. 'free tune up' fee. They are blatantly dishonest and have no regard for long term clients!

Caveat Emptor "Let the buyer beware"

Best Bike Shop in LA/BH area. A real bike shop in a surreal world, go there last to buy your bike and accessories..... Well it depends on who you ask?For me this is a great bike shop for high end road and mountain bikes. For my kids this is a bike shop to buy a real quality kids bike and share the joy and freedom of biking with their friends and family. For my wife this a place to get a really comfortable hybrid bike to cruise around on the beach and local streets. If you don?t have kids don?t worry since there are plenty of adult bikes to fill any biking need that you can imagine, mountain, road, BMX, cruisers, folding, unbelievable sale prices on some bikes. Also, if they don?t have it, guess what?they will custom order it for you. When you are there take a look around and you will notice many local police and security agencies buy and service their bikes at this shop?what an endorsement. Imagine a bike shop owner and staff that know your name and even more important knows how to help select the perfect bike. Yes better prices and service than your local mass retailer bike shop or corporate owned anonymous bike mill. Yes cool, brand name quality bikes.

Ask for Esteban. Had a wonderful experience buying my first bike in twenty years. The guy who helped me, Esteban, was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Told him what kind of biking I planned to do, and after a couple adjustments, took it for a test ride right outside the store. It was a good fit. Love this place.

Best Bike Shop I Have Ever Frequented!. I have been a customer since 1990 and have been treated like a prince. The bikes in this store are high quality and they are not over priced by any means. The customer service is second to none. You can purchase a cheap Chinese bike anywhere, but good luck in having it correctly assembled at the store by an unskilled person. Better yet - try getting proper customer service at the place of purchase - good luck. My family and friends have greatly benefitted by paying a little more for a quality bike accompanied by great customer service than anyone we know who purchased elsewhere. We have sent a lot of friends to Beverly Hills Bike Shop & they have been greatful for the tip.

Great Bikes and Great Customer Service. I would recommend the Beverly Hills Bike Shop to anyone shopping for a bike and/or any cycling accessories. Tito, Eric, and Steve are a pleasure to work with. I recently just purchased my first road bike and went to a few shops prior to my last stop at the Beverly Hills Bike Shop. Although I wasnt looking to spend thousands of dollars on a bike, they gave me the customer service I would expect to receive as if I were. Dont let the name of the shop fool you into thinking that you are going to get a lot of attitude, an over priced product, and little to no customer service. Their main concern is that you buy a bike that you absolutely love, while giving you the best advice they can without any pressure to purchase a product from their store. Steve gave me a great price on my bike and Ive been back to the shop a few times since then to buy more toys for my bike.

I cant say enough good things about this place. For what it is worth, Ive never written a review about any experience that I have had at either a restaurant or store, until now. Give this shop a try when you are looking for bike. If your experience is anything like the one that I had, you will be writing a review as well!

Service and selection work in tandem to make this a haven for those who like to bike.. The Scene
Walking into this bike shop with its new bicycle smells, the glint of chrome and bright colored accessories will trigger fond childhood memories in the most hard-boiled adult. The front of the store is dedicated to cycles--a small repair shop is located in the back.

The Goods
From tiny tricycles for intrepid toddlers to high-end mountain bikes for adventurous grown-ups, every bike the Beverly Hills Bike Shop sells comes with free lifetime service. Among the amazing array of accessories available are baby strollers/trailers, a rainbow of helmets to make safe riding stylish, baskets, and bike packs for extended trips. For those running low on fuel there's even a selection of power bars. There's a cycle for almost everyone here from three-wheelers in double digits to high-end bikes for those who can afford to spend a few grand.
