GREAT BODY SHOP. GLAD I FOUND THEM!!!! Believe it or not, I was hit by two different people within one week of each other and neither one of them had insurance! Since both the people were paying out of pocket for the repairs, I had to find the best price and quality I could.

Brown Brothers not only gave me the lowest price but they had my car done in record time! The other shops I went to wanted at least a week to do a little repair and paint on my truck, Brown Brothers had it done in 3 days, and the work was flawless! And they gauranteed the work for as long as I own my car on top of the great service.

Funny thing - there's a bad review on here from a guy named JIM C. This guy must be a nut case. after dropping my car off, only then did I check the YELP reviews. I was concerned about the claim this guy makes about pending lawsuits so I went to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs website to find that Brown Brothers has ZERO, I repeat, ZERO complaints against them! JIM C. should get his facts straight.

I think it's awful that someone would use this forum to slander a good shop like Brown Brothers. They were professional, comfortable to deal with and did what they said they'd do.

I really didn't know what to expect when I first drove my car up to the Brown Brother's parking lot, but I think I had this idea in my head that all body shop owners we're going to be akin to the stereotypical "used car salesman" and try to swindle me into some outrageous deal. The first 5 minutes changed all that. Grant, the agent who walked me through the entire process, was not just helpful, he was honest, upfront, friendly, and he even helped to explain the entire process of going through the insurance company to me. At Brown Brothers I felt that I was more than a customer, I felt that I was family. Grant took care of all the trouble of going through the insurance company and slicing through the red tape. I had absolutely no stress through the entire process Brown brothers took care of everything. This brings me to one point that I can not stress enough. When Grant first looked at the damage to my car, he was honest, saying that he didn't know if he could for sure save my car. I was really opposed to just taking a check from the insurance company so I asked Grant what he could do. He said that he would look into it, and lo and behold, I got my car back in a very reasonable time and now it looks better than ever!!! In conclusion, I would feel no doubt in saying that Brown Brothers is the best body shop in the Los Angeles area. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, but they also took all the stress off my back, and they provided me with one of the best customer service experiences that I ever had. I challenge anyone to find a more honest, friendly, and affordable firm in the auto industry. Brown Brothers gets 5 stars for going way above and beyond the call of duty.

I must say, i was really worried that my klunker would never be the same after my accident. i was so amazed with the end result that i almost thought they slipped me a new car. detailed and all, maybe accidents are blessings in disguise after all.... not really. it was seriously hard to imagine that just a couple of weeks ago, my trunk was literally pushed in a few feet and i was unable to drop my top. so happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Brown Brothers!

I got my car back in a very reasonable time and now it looks better than ever!!! In conclusion, I would feel no doubt in saying that Brown Brothers is the best body shop in the Los Angeles area.

Someone hit my Lexus 330 in a parking lot and I took it to Brown Brothers to see what they could do. Grant and Scott are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Within minutes, the paint from the other car was buffed off. They were able to repair all the damage with a quick turnaround so I wasn't without a car long. This is the second time I have come here--I wish that I had known about them earlier since other places either do shoddy work, charge a fortune, or take forever.

HONEST, EXCELLENT QUALITY AND RELIABLE I recently had my Infiniti EX35 rear bumper repaired. I was involved in a rear -end collision and I had my choice of auto body shops in Los Angeles. I decided on a small shop vs' a large shop. I wanted that one on one customer service experience. That is what you will receive here at Brown Brothers. I like the fact you can call them and have a live person answer the phone and that will be the manager Grant. Grant walked me through the entire process and informed me about the insurance companies red tape. Grant gave me an ETA on my car and it was on time and didn't have a single problem with the quality and service. My car looks exactly as it did when I first drove it of the dealership's lot. I would highly recommend this business. It's hard to find honest and reliable people in auto repair, sales and service these days. However, you will get that here at Brown Brothers.
