Find Them on Twitter!. Twitter doesn't forget the vegans with Pizza Fusion's account tweeting deals almost on a daily basis. From $20 off bottles of wine, to "Vegan Monday" which offers free Daiya cheese or free strawberry sorbet, the perks offered are really great, but they don't stop there. Recently, they held a contest to win a trip to a winery and a year supply of organic produce. What are you waiting for? [Twitter Handle: @PizzaFusionLA)

Citysearch Editorial Review. Hollywood’s outpost of this national chain is L.A.’s second purveyor (the other is in Santa Monica) of organic pizzas, salads, sandwiches, sodas, beer, wines and desserts. Pizzas abound, including the “Farmers’ Market” pizza with veggies and roasted portobello, the Greek, the sausage & tricolor, the “Founder’s Pie” with free-range chicken and the Philly steak. Salads are of the elegant cafe variety--pear and Gorgonzola, roasted beet and feta, chicken bruschetta and pan-roasted steak--while sandwiches include the likes of the portobello grill, turkey and free-range chicken. Vegans and gluten-allergy sufferers are in luck, with alternate pizza basics ranging from vegan soy cheese to gluten-free crusts and brownies. The focus on overall health extends to delivery hybrid cars, LEED certified buildings, the purchase of renewable wind energy certificates as offsets and organic food courses for kids, to name a very few.

Guilt free pizza... and delicious!. My neighbor Doug has been bragging about this place for weeks, so we went to check it out together. Its along a row of new 'healthy' eateries near susnet and crescent heights. starting with veggie grill at the corner, moving west i think another veggie place is opening right next to pizza fusion, and pizza fusion which i think is a block or two east. Think pizza that you'd make at home. I had the multigrain crust, soy cheese, and lots of veggies, including roasted garlic, and was delicious. they have pre-set favorites (most of which sound a lot less intimidating than my choice of soy cheese, for e.g. the peperoni is on top...), but all the veggie, cheese and meat choices seem great. there are also lots of gluten free and vegan choices. oh and and before the pizza we had the flatbread with 3 dips, and brownie for desert, so maybe by the end of it i DO count lots of calories, but i got up from the table feeling pretty darn good! I'd say a great place for lunch, ordering in, or casual dinner in a place with table service and big TV screens and enormous beer menu options.
