One of the biggest shops at Space15 Twenty in Hollywood, this Manhattan import of custom vintage clothing is sprawling with goods that range from the in-house line’s raw silk embroidered shirts and dresses to cut-off metal band tees to a glass case of incredibly cool cowboy belt buckles with price points at both ends of the spending spectrum: “Rodee-o” to “Roday-o.” Like any proper vintage shop, you’ll find leather jackets galore, only these are all in good shape and truly of the timeless, worth-the-investment variety. Alongside a sizeable selection of very of-the-moment, slightly embellished flannel wear are black sequin shrugs that hang delicately next to Pucci-esque prints and 60s mod-cut dresses on seemingly never-ending racks. Shelves of Levis line a wall, while suits, vests, motorcycle jackets, woven shirts and fly suspenders are all a dandy urban man could ask for. Ladies longing for embellished gloves, gold necklaces, leather or suede boots and cheeky pumps would do well to linger here as well. Other lines include Belstaff, Brixton, Gilded Age, George Esquivel and Marquis & Camus. Bonus: The staff is approachable and mindful of the inventory, which is especially significant when there’s so much ground to cover.
