Always has been on time for the ten years I have used him. I have an old Steinway he keeps up.

UNRELIABLE

While David may be a good technician he makes appointments that he does not keep, he does not return phone calls. Do not take a day off from work in order to wait around for him as he will not show up. There are plenty of piano technicians who do good work and who follow up. David does not even bother to call when he is not going to make an appointment.

Save yourself the frustration and find someone other than David Sposto.
