The Scene
As one of the first city taverns re-licensed after Prohibition, Molly's has always occupied a spot in the hearts of locals. This cozy venue specializes in traditional Celtic and contemporary folk sounds, plus rock and blues. Neil Boyle's portraits decorate the walls, highlighting 30 years of Molly's regulars. Come at lunchtime for classic pub grub such as fish-and-chips, burgers and corned beef. If you don't feel like sitting in the dark, go ahead and grab a seat at an outdoor table.

* bathrooms are hideous * weak, expensive drinks * rude bartender I came in Monday with a couple of friends to check out a band we know. Let's just say that I won't be back any day soon. I asked for a drink and the bartender was so rude. There are other bars in the area where business is appreciated.

This is such a fun pub! When bands play it's totally crazy! Good drinks, a little pricey, but not bad for Hollywood standards. Nice people usually, just everyone wanting to have fun.

Visited from out of state. Lively music and good mix of a crowd. Proprietor's daughter served us -- a great personality. Only complaint, the Guinness was a bit rancid...clean those lines weekly.
