In Short – This stand produces more than 1,000 doughnuts every day, as well as cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, bear claws and fresh-squeezed lemonade. A favorite order is velvety yellow coffee cake, with chunks of fresh fruit and ribbons of streusel. Light raspberry jelly-filled and powdery beignets also stand out. Kids can choose from frosted green dinosaur or chocolate kitty versions of the glazed yeast doughnuts.

- Senior doughnut makers start baking at 4:30am. Show up before 11:30am if you want hot doughnuts.
- Look Good:
- Besides being a cash-only establishment, the highest bill Bob's accepts is a $20.

- It's easy to get disoriented at the sprawling Farmers Market. Look for the gray-and-red stand near the east dining patio, on the side closest to the Grove.

The plain donuts are the best!

For the perennial favorite combo of black coffee and dipping a donut, go for their plain ones--they're simple but VERY tasty. Like everything else here at the grove, it's simply awesome. Great place to read the paper.
