My business partner and I have bought or leased 4 vehicles from Tustin Lexus since 1998. And since then Tustin Lexus service has gone down hill. Today topped it off with having to wait over a half hour for a service rep who never came to say they were running late. The only info I got was when I brought in the car I was told by a "service greeter" that it would only be a "few minutes". Most people who own a Lexus vehicle find time at a premium - wasting my time today was the last time Tusitin Lexus will waste it. They need a complete overhaul in their service department as the current system is inefficient. I ended up just taking the car out of the parking bay and leaving since no one even came to talk to me. I'm taking my business to either an independent or to Mission Viejo Lexus - since I know AJ also owns part of Newport Lexus. Their commitment to service needs fixing quickly, they can't continue to sell $60K-80K cars and treat their customers like cattle. Saturn has better service!
